The Polish Chuch in Madrid was established in the 1980's. The reason of this significant event was constantly growing number of the Polish citizens living in Madrid. Our compatriots which were willing to carry of their religiousness managed to find a place in which they could celebrate masses in the polish language. There are now several churches in Madrid where you can here polish language during a mass. The "headuarters" of the Polish Church are situated in Nuestra Señora de la Paz church on the Valderribas 37 street. This centre has three sections where the pastoral activity is held: Pacífico (Nuestra Señora de la Paz church), Móstoles (Santa María de la Alegría church) i Aluche (Santo Domingo de Guzmán church). The leaders of The Polish Church are fathers Marian Sulik SVD and Krzysztof Mazurek. Thanks to the dynamic work of the priests and our compatriouts there are several societies.
